The LAWGID Consortium is pleased to announce the successful completion of the interview stage for the academic year 2026/2027. LAWGID Admission and Selection Committee has concluded the evaluation of the 37 shortlisted candidates and wishes to express its high satisfaction with the exceptional academic caliber and diversity of the applicants interviewed this year.
Provisional Selection Results
In accordance with the EACEA regulations and the LAWGID selection protocols, a consolidated provisional ranking has been established. This list includes the nominees for the 13 available EMJM scholarships (Main List) and the pool of eligible candidates (Reserve List).
Consolidated Provisional ranking list
Information on the Reserve List
The Reserve List constitutes a pool of eligible candidates. In the event that a scholarship is declined, LAWGID Admission and Selection Committee will select a replacement based on a combination of the overall ranking and the mandatory EMJM diversity criteria (including the 10% nationality* cap and gender and diversity balance).
*With 13 scholarships, in principle only one scholarship can be awarded to candidates from the same country, unless there are specific exceptions to this 10% rule.
Please be advised that this ranking is provisional. The list will not be considered final until:
- The formal 36-hour appeal period has concluded.
- All submitted procedural appeals, if any, have been reviewed and resolved by the LAWGID Consortium Management Board (LCMB).
- The final nominations are ratified by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
Appeal Procedure
Appeals will only be considered if the candidate believes there has been a failure in the admissions procedure or that they have been unlawfully discriminated against.
- Deadline: Appeals must be submitted within 36 hours of the publication of this announcement – until Wednesday, 13th of May, 2026 at 12:00 noon (CEST, Belgrade, Bratislava, Ljubljana).
- Submission: Formal appeals must be sent to the LAWGID Consortium Management Board (LCMB) via email to lawgid@ius.bg.ac.rs.
- Scope: Appeals are limited to procedural grounds only. The academic judgment and scoring of LAWGID Admission and Selection Committee are final and not subject to appeal.
The LCMB will aim to provide a reasoned decision within 24 hours of receiving an appeal.
The LAWGID Consortium thanks all applicants for their interest and for the high quality of their contributions during the interview stage.
