ABOUT

Erasmus Mundus Joint Master academic study program Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity (LAWGID) is organized by partner universities: University of Belgrade (UB), Faculty of Law, Örebro University (ORU), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta di Roma (LUMSA), Department of Law, Economics and Communication, Palermo.

Due to EMJM grant, the LAWGID program will be conducted in four editions, starting from the academic year 2025/2026.

The LAWGID program is a 2-year second-cycle master academic degree program for UB and ORU, and a 2-year first-cycle master academic degree program for LUMSA, open for students worldwide, valid 120 ECTS.

The official language of the LAWGID program is English.

ENROLLMENT

Eligibility requirements for enrolling at LAWGID program are:

  1. Completed Bachelor degree equivalent to 180 ECTS within a 3-year academic study program or 240 ECTS within a 4-year academic study program, as well as completed integrated academic studies, i.e. Master Degree in academic studies with at least 300 ECTS.
  2. Proof of knowledge in the English language on upper intermediate level of competence – B2

EMJM scholarships will be available for 12 students per each of four 2-years editions. In addition, certain number of scholarships funded by NDICI and IPA III should be available for the entire duration of the LAWGID program. Also, up to 30 non-scholarship holders can enroll at LAWGID program (10 per each partner university).

All LAWGID program candidates register for the enrolment at the LAWGID program by filling out the LAWGID program Application Form. Detailed information on the enrolment procedure for LAWGID program EMJM scholarship-holders and students who enrol at ORU, LUMSA and UB without scholarships is available in the LPPA and its Annexes 1, 2, and 3.

ACADEMIC TITLE, DIPLOMA, DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT

Upon successful completion of the LAWGID program each graduate will receive multiple diplomas and diploma supplements – three diplomas and three diploma supplements. Multiple diplomas will be achieved due to the mutual recognition of the study periods spent at three partner universities and the joint results achieved during the LAWGID program conducting.
