Enrolment

Enrolment in the LAWGID Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programme follows specific rules reflecting the joint nature of the programme and the award of multiple diplomas upon completion.

General Enrolment Rules

  • All LAWGID students must be enrolled at the University of Belgrade (UB), which acts as the Coordinating Institution (CI).
  • The LAWGID scholarship holders shall enroll at UB as the CI only, according to enrollment rules of the UB.
  • The LAWGID non scholarship holders enroll at all three partner universities according to their enrollment rules, but all of them must be enrolled at UB as the CI.
  • The enrolment system is designed to ensure the mutual recognition of study periods completed at all three partner universities and the award of multiple diplomas.

Enrolment at the University of Belgrade (Coordinating Institution)

In order to be enrolled at the University of Belgrade, all LAWGID students must complete the procedure entitled:

Recognition of Foreign Higher Education Documents for the Purpose of Further Education at the University of Belgrade

This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Rulebook on Evaluation of Foreign Study Programs and Recognition of Foreign Higher Education Documents for the Purpose of Further Education, available at:

This requirement does not apply to students who obtained their previous degree in the Republic of Serbia or the Republic of Srpska.

Candidates who fail to complete the recognition procedure cannot be enrolled in the LAWGID programme.


LAWGID Student Agreement

All admitted students are required to sign the LAWGID Program Student Agreement (LPSA).
