About LAWGID

introducing such perspectives is crucial in addressing the issues of inequality, marginalization and stigmatization of individuals and groups that were, for a long time, overlooked by legal guarantees and the society. In this regard, looking at the situation of individuals in different context that are subject of different branches of law, from the perspective of intersectionality and diversity helps in giving a voice to the ones whose experiences are often disregarded. Also, within courses, global and comparative perspective will be introduced presenting different legal systems. Groups also took into account the structure of the course and possibilities of overlapping with topics. This is why it was decided to create open files with syllabuses for better coordination.
