LAWGID Non-Scholarship Candidates

The LAWGID Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programme also offers study places for non-scholarship (tuition-fee) candidates.

Number of Available Places

For each LAWGID programme edition:

  • up to 30 non-scholarship students may be admitted,
  • 10 students per each partner university.

Across four programme editions, a maximum of 120 non-scholarship students may be enrolled.

Application Procedure

LAWGID non-scholarship candidates are required to:

  • complete only the LAWGID Program Application Form.

No separate scholarship application form is required for non-scholarship candidates.

Application and Tuition Fees

Admitted LAWGID non-scholarship candidates are required to:

  • pay the application fee in the amount defined by the respective partner university,
  • pay the tuition fee determined in accordance with the jointly agreed tuition fee policy.

Tuition fees are:

  • decided for each new LAWGID edition by the partner universities,
  • coordinated by the LAWGID Consortium Management Board (LCMB),
  • published in the LAWGID Call for Applications for each programme edition.

Payment of Tuition Fees

Students pay the tuition fee:

  • to the partner university where they are admitted (home university).

No tuition fees are transferred between partner universities.

Non-scholarship students are responsible for covering:

  • accommodation costs,
  • travel costs related to mobility between partner universities.

EU / EEA Students

Selected non-scholarship candidates from EU/EEA countries become LAWGID students free of charge, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

If Örebro University (ORU) or LUMSA University admit EU/EEA students:

  • they are not allowed to charge tuition fees.

However, EU/EEA non-scholarship students must still cover:

  • accommodation costs,
  • travel costs related to mobility between partner universities.
