Eligibility requirements

Eligibility requirements for enrolment in the Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity (LAWGID) programme apply equally to all LAWGID students, including both scholarship and non-scholarship applicants.

1. Academic qualifications

Applicants must have completed one of the following academic qualifications:

  • a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to 180 ECTS, completed within a three-year academic study programme, or
  • a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to 240 ECTS, completed within a four-year academic study programme, or
  • integrated academic studies, i.e. a Master’s degree in academic studies with at least 300 ECTS.

No minimum grade or minimum marks requirement is imposed for admission.

According to Erasmus Mundus Joint Master rules, applications are possible also for candidates who are in the last year of bachelor studies, but they must graduate before the LAWGID program starts.

2. English language requirements

As the programme is delivered in English, applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2).
